Pain and Promise
"On behalf of the Hood Theological Seminary community, I extend words of condolence to the members of the Tree of Life Congregation as they grieve and embrace the pain from the tragic, and senseless murders of their friends and family members. As a theological community that strives to reflect the kingdom of God, we pray for healing, courage, justice and peace. As sojourners in the saga of oppression, we walk with all persons who confront the forces which deny the humanity of others and their right to exist."

Grace and peace,
