Hormones - Essential for Health!
Although I do a lot of work with people who have various health conditions and diseases, I absolutely favor the prevention approach - keeping these problems from developing in the first place. There are a few basics in my repertoire, and if you have been following me for any time at all, they will ring a bell:

Mitochondrial Energy
Glutathione - Maintaining Adequate Levels
Correcting Nutrient Deficiencies; i.e., Iodine and Others

Today I'll be talking about the importance of maintaining...

As we age, both men and women experience changes that can be attributed to decreases in hormone levels. Thankfully, we can use bio-identical hormones and prohormones to fill in the gaps, support our physical health - including the brain - and to slow down the aging process. Today I'll be talking about the adrenal prohormones:

How to safely keep your hormones for a longer, happier, and healthier life!

Guess What? Hormonal Health Starts with CHOLESTEROL!
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), also known as androstenolone, is an endogenous steroid hormone precursor. It is one of the most abundant circulating steroids in humans. DHEA is produced in the adrenal glands, the gonads, and the brain. It functions as a metabolic intermediate in the biosynthesis of the androgen and estrogen sex steroids both in the gonads and in various other tissues.
Pregnenolone (P5), or pregn-5-en-3β-ol-20-one, is an endogenous steroid and precursor/metabolic intermediate in the biosynthesis of most of the steroid hormones, including the progestogens, androgens, estrogens, glucocorticoids, and mineralocorticoids. In addition, pregnenolone is biologically active in its own right, acting as a neurosteroid.
In the Covid Corner
The last couple of weeks and even days have led to an increase in Covid hysteria, with more and more "cases" reported daily and stricter and stricter behavioral guidelines being recommended or imposed.

Let's clear up some misunderstandings, and, hopefully you will be better able to breathe.
Positive Tests do NOT = CASES
I've talked about this many times before, but the PCR testing done for Covid-19 is non-specific and can be easily manipulated to get the result you are looking for based on amplification of the test. Amplify high enough, and everyone will test positive.

Have a goal to make it look like we're in a second or third wave?

Just amplify up!

Want to make it look like "measures in place" or "vaccines" are working?

Just amplify down!

The PCR test, by admission of its inventor who died last year, does not detect infectious disease.

"But if it saves just one life!"
"If it is true that smoking increases the expression of ACE2 receptors to which the SARS-Cov-2 attaches, it is equally true that up regulation of this enzyme can decrease the risk of developing serious systemic complications of coronavirus infection [5], [6]."

So maybe we should all be smoking cigarettes, right? How about a "smoking mandate?" Sure, smoking is bad for your health otherwise, but so is masking, and we seem to have no problem with that.
