A note of interest for our Chef de Cuisine Certified (CCC) Members - did you know that you can use your CCC to receive the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Executive Chef (CEC)? There is a simple transferrable process. A copy of your Canadian Chef de Cuisine and the application and fee is all that is required to earn the CEC. If you are a member of the ACF, the cost is $50.00, and for non-ACF members, the cost is $75.00.  If you are interested, please reach out to Kivi Hermans, Culinary Programs Specialist, at the ACF! khermans@acfchefs.org
