Greetings!
Another buzzing busy weekend at the ISW India Center, with a first of its kind ISW Arts Festival highlighting different types of art from painting to dance and songs that drew an enthusiastic crowd. The younger generation, not to be outdone, staged the first in-person Showcase event, also at the India Center, which was a roaring success. Kudos to our volunteers who's hard work provide such variety in entertainment to keep our members engaged.

ISW AGNE and ISW successfully run 3D Printing Workshop
Six eager students ranging from 6th to 10th grade completed the 3D Printing Workshop over four weekend sessions. Read about the great collaboration between ISW and IIT AGNE that made this happen on the ISW Website.
ISW Symphony Arts Festival

IYG Showcase 2022
The IYG team put on a smashing show with the return of their keystone event, Showcase 2022, to an in-person format. The packed ISW India Center resonated with songs and dance.

U for Ukraine Fundraiser
We are happy to report that Hindi 4 students have concluded their " U for Ukraine fundraiser" on a great note raising $600 in total that will go to World Central Kitchen that is feeding people in Ukraine. Winners of the 3D Printed objects were: Bhavya Kamakolanu, Saket Gahlot, Sohan Hegde and Paarth Kapoor. In addition, Srikant Muddana (Telugu Class) won the 50% off 2022 school fees raffle. Congratulations to the winners and thanks to all the teachers, parents and volunteers for supporting the cause. Thanks to Kunal Chauhan for printing the 3D prizes.

Intro Vedic Math for Adults, Gym for the Brain
As we age, mental math stimulates our brain and relieves us from anxiety. Helps with concentration. Come and join us for weekly classes taught by Sunita Razdan, former Russian School of Math teacher & certified Vedic Math teacher. A resident of Shrewsbury, she has helped tutor for Math Kangaroo, AMC, MathCounts, and Math Olympiad. Register on the ISW Website.

ISW PEN - PROFESSIONAL & ENTREPRENEURIAL NETWORK
The job market is hot! According to a recent article on CNBC “Twenty-one percent of American workers took a new job in the past 12 months, as stated in the most recent State of Work in America survey published last week, which polled more than 5,000 employees.” However, about 40% of them are already actively looking for another job. If you or someone you know is among that 40%, ISW PEN is planning a career fair this summer where you will have the chance to meet, interview and hopefully get hired by local and global businesses right at our India Center. Keep an eye out for that ISW event and a notification from us soon.

Westborough Energy Fair 2022 - April 30th, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
ISW Member Sharad Mehta is Chair of the Committee of the Environment at the Westborough Rotary Club. The Club in partnership with Sustainable Westborough is co-sponsoring the Westborough Energy Fair 2022 at the Mill Pond School on April 30th from 1:00 - 5:00 PM. It includes a Seminar with domain experts from various renewable energy fields and an exhibition with over 35 displays. More info at their website.
