Re: Annual Statistical Reports

Advent blessings! I know you have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Annual Statistical Report information. Here it is! The stat portal from the Office of General Assembly is now active for you to complete your church’s Annual Statistical Report for the 2020 reporting year. You can access information by clicking this link:

There were no changes to the statistics form, so everything should look the same as last year. (If you are new to statistical reporting, the program includes helpful tools and definitions to assist in the completion of this report.) Also, there are no supplemental questions to complete this year. The other question you may be asking is "how do we count average attendance?" We are all aware how strange the year has been; people are finding new and creative ways to worship. There is no one way to accurately count how many people are attending worship. Each church should account for attendance in a way that feels comfortable to them and report it accordingly in the appropriate section on the report.

Your User Name and Password have not changed. If you have misplaced your login information, email me ( and I can look it up for you. **If you are having trouble logging in, remember that the most common mistake in entering your login information is omitting the exclamation mark (!) at the end of your password.**

Please do not think you have to complete all of this in one sitting. As long as you hit the "accept" button at the bottom of each page, your data will be saved and you can come and go as often as you like until the deadline. Also remember this is the perfect time of the year to evaluate your membership rolls. This benefits not only your church, but the Presbytery as well. Help us be good stewards!

The 2021 Church Data Form is linked here. It will also be posted on Presbytery’s website ( under “Useful Forms” by mid-month.

All reports are due by Friday, February 12, 2021. Failure to comply is a violation of the Book of Order. I know the first of the year is a busy time for everyone. Avoid the stress and go ahead and complete what you can now before year-end!

As always, please let me know if I can be of help. I appreciate each of you and your diligence in submitting your church’s information annually. Wishing you all the best this holy season!
