IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- This is a ticketed event and you will be required to present your ticket when you board the bus AND upon entry to the event.
- Your Isla de APAC ticket(s) will be included in your registration packet.
- Exhibitors can pick up their tickets at exhibitor registration. All other attendees can pick up their tickets at attendee registration. The registration desks will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2.
- Motor-coach transportation to and from the event will be provided. Buses will begin loading at 6:15 p.m. and depart promptly at 6:30 p.m. for Mango's Tropical Cafe. The celebration officially begins at 7 p.m. Please see the yellow star on this map for the exact shuttle pick up location.
- On-site parking will be available at Mango's Tropical Cafe (8126 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) if you prefer to use your own method of transportation. There are a limited number of free parking spaces and a parking garage adjacent to the venue for $12 per night.
- Dinner, cocktails, and live entertainment will be provided.
- Don't forget to bring your wallet. This year's event will feature a Silent Auction from 7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. with a variety of amazing items such as signed memorabilia from U.S. astronaut Scott Kelly, designer purses, jewelry, electronics, high-end wine, and much more!
- Attire is business casual.
