Dear Elkhorn,

Thank you for showing up to eat, shop, and hang out at the Spring Food Truck Festival! We enjoyed a beautiful spring day that included warm sunshine, a gentle breeze, and 20 food trucks ready and willing to fill our bellies, and man, did they! We hope you enjoyed sampling all the cuisine around the square, shopping with our crafters, and exploring the downtown sidewalk sales. We look forward to gathering again next year on May 22, 2027!

Don’t worry, the summer fun is just getting started! We will kick off Saturdays on the Square this coming Saturday, May 23! Visit our amazing crafters, bakers, and local artisans from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on N. Wisconsin Street, around the Square. Fitness in the Park, hosted by Functional Fitness, will offer FREE fitness classes every Saturday at 9 a.m. in the park. Be sure to stick around for the live music, too!

Summer is heating up, and so is the event lineup! We’re looking forward to a great season and spending more time together!

On Wednesday, June 3rd, beginning at approximately

2:10 p.m., Lakeland School Special Olympics athletes will be escorted by the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office through the City of Elkhorn for a special send-off to the Olympic Games in Whitewater, WI. As you know from years past, we will begin our journey from Lakeland School down County Road NN, to Wisconsin St. with a loop around the square.

What do we need from you? Step outside your office if you are able and cheer them on. Create a sign to celebrate their achievements. Join us in recognizing and honoring these outstanding students and athletes for their incredible accomplishments. 

This role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical support to ensure a smooth,

welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

 Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out

 Scheduling appointments and answering phones

 Assisting Nurse Practitioner during patient visits

 Taking vitals and updating patient records

 Performing blood draws and handling lab specimens

 Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
