Invest in the Property Records Industry

Are you invested in the property records industry by participating in a local PREP Chapter?  Now, make that investment nationally by joining the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA).

If you are making a difference in your local area by participating in PREP chapter events, make a difference in the national arena also.  Your voice can be heard and should be heard.  Take part in the process and influence the work products that PRIA produces.

PRIA develops and promotes national standards and best practices for the property records industry by:

  • Identifying appropriate opportunities for collaboration among industry stakeholders,
  • Developing recommendations for standards and best practices,
  • Encouraging and supporting the adoption of such standards and practices,
  • Providing a clearinghouse for property-records-related information,
  • Educating members, industry stakeholders  and the public about the property records industry.

Did you know that without PRIA's financial support PREP Chapters would not exist?  PRIA provides monetary and staff support for developing PREP Chapters, programs, communications and the website.

Join PRIA NOW at just 75 percent of the full year membership fee and your membership will be in effect through July 31, 2014.

Save the date for the PRIA Winter Symposium in Arlington, VA, February 26-28,  where industry partners from around the country will gather to share information, learn new processes and find solutions to common industry challenges.
