“Sita, adorned with all bridal jewelry, was ushered by King Janaka. She was placed facing Raghava in the presence of the sacred Altar of Fire."
The divine celestial couple will tie the knot right here in Dallas, radiating their beneficence on the universe on November 5th at The Radha Krishna Temple in Allen.
The ceremony will begin with the resonant chimes of the Vishwaksena Puja, followed by Punyaha Va:chanam. We will lead the Vadhu Varudu to the mandapam, providing a:sanam to Lord Ra:ma, offer sweet Madhu Parkam (mixture of yogurt & honey), adorn Him with Yajno:pavi:tham, recite the Mangala A:shtakam, offer the fragrant Gudam Jeerakam mixture, perform puja to Mangalasu:tram, and with joyous fanfare, offer to Mother Sita by Ra:ma’s hand. The event’s aura will be filled with Akshata:s, Brahma Grandhi Bandhanam, and the resonant Vedic A:sirwa:dam. The divine couple will then partake in the jubilant Va:rana Ma:yiram and Ha:rathi.
Embrace the role of King Janaka and be graced with the honor of guiding Sita through this heavenly union.
Limited opportunities to sponsor the Kalyanam remain, closing on October 22nd.
