Celebrating Caregivers In Our Lives
Cancer impacts more than just the patient, it touches all our lives. According to the Caregiver Action Network, more than 65 million people or 29% of the US Population help provide care for a family member or friend during any given year, spending an average of 20 hours per week providing care for their loved one.
The world was shocked at saddened by the loss of Jeopardy Host Alex Trebek earlier this week to pancreatic cancer. Each year, more than 45,000 Americans die of pancreatic cancer, including Alex Trebek who's passing is a reminder that #ItsAboutTime to find a cure.
To say our Founder Scott Hamilton is an inspiration would be an understatement. This summer, he created Live Your Days to share that inspiration, as well as the stories of incredible guests including Robin Roberts, Kristi Yamaguchi, and Kevin Nealon among others.
Live Your Days is a call to presentness.
