It’s a beautiful day at Gateway Parks!
I wanted to take a moment to remind you of a few important covenant requirements. I know this isn’t anyone’s favorite topic (certainly not mine!) but it is an integral part of maintaining a beautiful and cohesive community.
- Lawns must be mowed and edged regularly, and be free of weeds.
- Landscape beds and tree wells must be free of weeds and grass.
- Parking recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers on property is a violation of the covenant. If you have a temporary circumstance, please reach out to me to discuss the situation further.
The majority of you have done a beautiful job with landscape maintenance and I thank you!
