Lifetouch portrait order information was sent home in students' backpacks yesterday, September 19th. You may order online (see below), or complete the order form, and enclosing a check payble to Lifetouch.
Fall Picture Day is NEXT WEEK, on Wednesday, September 26th.
You may order portrait packages online before picture day by going to: www.mylifetouch.com and entering PSI's picture day ID: MI208159Y0
All students are photographed so everyone is in their class picture, and in the yearbook. Please note yearbooks are distributed the last week of school. Watch for yearbook order information in early Spring.
RETAKES DAY is on Thursday, October 25, 2018.

PSI School Parties Belief Statement
For 2018-2019
Acknowledging the needs of the whole child, we want students to celebrate relationships through meaningful and inclusive
social experiences.
We believe parties foster and build community, while creating opportunities for families to be involved.
We are excited to have three parties again this school year to celebrate with our children. Please note that all parties will be on the last school day of the week.
We hope you are able to join us!

Math & Science Connection
Intermediate Edition
Since math is orderly, children can solve the same problem using different strategies- and still come up with the right answer. Children will see that math and science are integrated - and are part of their daily lives.

Just a friendly reminder to check out our Spirit Wear soon. This is your only opportunity to purchase Spirit Wear this school year. Order deadline is TOMORROW, Friday, September 21st.

Fridays at PSI are informally wear school colors (black & orange), and/or PSI spirit wear day!
** Do you have any PSI spirit wear (t-shirts or sweatshirts) that your child has outgrown?**
If so, please consider donating your clean, gently used PSI spirit wear to our PSI Recycle/Reuse spirit wear closet. ANY student may request items from our donated spirit wear simply by asking your child's teacher, or call the school office.

PSI PTO Kick-Off Meeting
September 25, 2018 at 6:30 pm
If you are the parent of a PSI student, you are automatically a welcomed member of PSI PTO!
Please plan to come to our kick-off meeting on Tuesday, September 25th. Join us at 6:30pm in the media center (childcare provided) to learn about PSI events, how to get connected, where your donation dollars go and for updates on the transition from Central to Cedar Manor.
Room Parents will be invited to stay for a short meeting at 8:00pm.
