Dear Park Spanish Immersion Elementary School Community:
It has been a great week of student learning! I look forward to seeing many of you tonight at our PSI Math Night in our gymnasium from 6:00-7:30. Feel free to drop in at any time. In the past, it has always been an engaging and fun evening.
I want to express my gratitude to all of our amazing staff members for helping our students learn and grow academically, socially, and emotionally so that they can live their brilliance. During National School Counselors' Week, I also want to acknowledge Sra. Anne Moore, our school counselor, for her role in our collective work.
We look forward to meeting with families next week Thursday evening and Friday. If you have not had signed up for Connect Times, please do so here.
Thank you for sharing your amazing children with us. Have a great week, and keep reading!
Sincerely,
Corey

PSI Drama Club Performs ¡El Grunch!
The Drama Club is preparing this year's musical. This year's show is a variation of Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, in which a student attempts to sabotage the school play. Will the Grunch be successful, or will the show go on?
All PSI students will see the show on Wednesday, February 22 at a school assembly.
Families are invited to attend the shows at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, February 24, or Saturday, February 25. Both performances will be at the SLP Middle School. There is no charge to attend. Shows will be in Spanish with some translation into English.

Meals during Spring Conferences
The Spring teacher-parent conferences are around the corner. Providing meals for our amazing staff at PSI is a great way to show them how much we appreciate all they do for our kids. Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, February 16th and Friday, February 17th. We are doing a hybrid cater/pot-luck style. Thursday will be a Taco/Burrito Bar and Friday, a brunch with bagel sandwiches and salads. Both will be buffet-style so that staff can pop in to serve themselves during a break in conferences. Please consider signing up below to either supplement a meal, volunteer your time, or contribute money towards a catering order. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY! The staff is always so grateful to parents for this special treat!
