The responsibility to prevent the spread of the virus belongs to everyone and begins with one’s own individual responsibility, where each of us makes the decision to comply with the self-care practices for the prevention of the transmission of COVID-19.
As a School, we have been strictly following the protocols implemented since the beginning of the Hybrid Learning Model, which has allowed us to have a biosecure environment. Throughout our experience with more students on campus and more face-to face classes, the commitment of both students and employees to comply with preventive measures has been evidenced.
Although it is true that each of our self-care practices are carried out individually, they remind us to think of ourselves as a community, to be empathetic, and also to think about caring for one another. We must all be conscious of the “new normal” we are living through and understand the threats of infection, not only on Campus, but also when we are off campus, where there are possible interactions that can create needless risk during the face-to-face sessions and affect us as a Community.
Complying with preventive biosecurity measures at all times and places is an individual act that has an impact on the family, the school, and society. Let's not lower our guard!
