Fall Home & Condo Prices Climbing!
This Fall, real estate trends in Las Vegas have been characterized by increased closings, higher prices and quick sales. Real estate sales and prices in Las Vegas continue to be on the rise for both single-family homes, condos and townhomes.

Single Family Home Sales - November 2021 vs 2020
Sales for single-family homes in November 2021 were up 7.8% compared to 2020.

Median Prices of the units sold were up 21.7%. the number of New Listings were only up 3.1%.

Available Units down -25.3% as the market continues to struggle for inventory. There is less than 1 month of available homes for sale.

Condo/Townhome Sales - November 2021 vs 2020
This November, Median Prices for condo sales increased by 20.2%.

But this didn't hinder sales which were up an impressive 18.7% from November 2020.

Also struggling with only .6 months of available inventory, there were only 6.4% more New Listings and down -61.6% of Available Units.
