Many of us talk a lot to God, but we don’t listen often enough to God. When we take time to become silent and allow our mind to slow down, we might begin to hear that “still, small voice within.” The Celtic (read: Irish) church remembered St. John as the beloved disciple who leaned his head against Jesus at the Last Supper. He had become an image of the spiritual practice of listening for the heartbeat of God; of listening for God at the very heart of life.
We hope to see you in-person or online this Sunday…
Blessings Be Upon You,
Pastor Dwight
