Our support ranges from early professional development to navigating and completing the college application process. With your generosity, we will continue to nurture the minds of the future.

MEGA Mentors is a Chesterfield County, Virginia-based mentoring organization dedicated to providing equal educational opportunities for all children. We collaborate with public and private entities to address student needs and improve their success rates. 

Our mission is to help at-risk students in Chesterfield County Public Schools achieve success, guided by the values of Respect, Responsibility, Effort and Achievement. Established in 2009 by

Dr. Marcus Newsome, our organization has grown to over 300 members, serving numerous CCPS schools. Our focus is on teaching life skills, offering meaningful learning experiences, and building leadership skills for underrepresented students, particularly African-Americans.
