March 7, 2019 GENERAL MEETING
Ladies and Gentlemen this is a critical meeting as it will form the E-Board for the next two years.
Please join your fellow members at the March 7 General Membership Meeting. The meeting is held in the DSRPC clubhouse and is called to order at 6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for DSRPC members to ask questions, express concerns, offer your services and discuss new and old business. For those of you who recall the very lengthy meetings of days gone by please note the last 6 or so meetings have moved along smoothly lasting little more than an hour. Come join us as we improve DSRPC.
2019 E-Board Elections
The DSRPC E-board is made up of duly elected volunteers who serve for a 2 year period. Up for election in 2019 are Secretary, Chief Instructor, Executive Range Officer and President. Nominations will be made at the March 7 2019 GMM. Ballots will be mailed out in May and counted at the June GMM with the elected taking office July 1, 2019. Nomination Process for the March 7, 2019 GMM
President Bloom will open the nomination process by calling for nominations for Secretary. All nominations must have a SECOND to be official. Once all nominees have been announced nominations for Secretary will be closed. If only one person is nominated for Secretary that person will become the next DSRPC Secretary. If more than one person is nominated a mailed election will occur. The President will follow the same procedure for the remaining E-Board positions in this order Chief Instructor, Executive Range officer and finally President
ELECTION PROCESS
The bylaw committee will meet and begin the election processes described in Article VI section 5.
