Meet Our Members, where we shine a spotlight on the incredible organizations making a difference across Greater Cincinnati. This series celebrates groups that are creating access, opportunity, and lasting impact in our communities.

Cincinnati Pride was first held as a protest in 1973 for LGBTQ+ rights and has since grown into a community organization, an annual event, a regional festival, and a city holiday.

Equality Ohio advocates and educates on behalf of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning Ohioans to achieve legal and lived equality.

Glisten Ohio - Greater Cincinnati Hub strives to assure that each member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

Living With Change works to educate, inspire, and empower communities to advocate and support trans LGBTQ+ youth and young adults.

Transform Cincy works with transgender and gender-nonconforming youth on their path to authenticity through free clothing and wardrobe styling. Social media Facebook,l Instagram

Despite a challenging political and economic climate, our community has not only endured—we have grown and thrived.

Together, this year we:

• Reached a record 45 affiliated organizations with more growth ahead

• Were selected by the City of Cincinnati to administer a $500,000, two-year grant program supporting marginalized youth

• Expanded capacity through a Public Allies partnership, strengthening communications and Member engagement

• Launched the Connect & Colab podcast to amplify community voices

• Introduced Coffee & Collaboration and Lunch & Learn programs to foster connection and skill-building

• Sustained strong overall giving to support our Members’ work, even amid workplace campaign challenges

• Grew our Social Justice Incubator with new projects like Black Girls Stay Lit, Birds of a Feather, and Project CREATE

Just two years ago, our future was uncertain. Thanks to strong leadership and your generosity, we stabilized, rebuilt, and positioned ourselves for long-term growth and sustainability fighting for a more just, equitable, and environmentally sound region.
