The GRÜV will serve wine, beer, cocktails and bourbon, as well as upscale small plates. The usual bar food like wings and sliders will be available, but so will a "Grüvy" version of dishes, Muldrow said.
"You can get fries, but if you want the GRÜV fries, that'll be hand-cut, tossed with Grüv seasoning," he said. "You can get Angus beef sliders, but also the Grüv slider made with lamb, or the Grüv spud for a vegetarian option. Everything will have a dressed up, souped-up presentation outside of regular pub food."
