Schwartz Rounds support the emotional well-being of caregivers by creating space to reflect on the personal challenges of caring for patients — including grief, ethical dilemmas, and communication — rather than clinical care alone. On March 5, 2026, Kelsey and her colleagues served as panelists for “It’s No Accident! How Caring for Abused Children Affects Us.” Thank you, Kelsey, for your leadership, compassion, and commitment to supporting our care teams.
