IVMF Free Google Cybersecurity Certificate Program for Veterans, Service Members, and Military Spouses

The D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University offers a Google Cybersecurity Certificate Program through its Onward to Opportunity (O2O) initiative. This no-cost program is designed for transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses, providing them with the skills needed for entry-level cybersecurity roles such as cybersecurity analyst and security operations center (SOC) analyst.

The curriculum comprises eight courses that can be completed in less than six months, requiring no prior cybersecurity experience. Participants gain access to industry-recognized certifications, flexible learning pathways, and comprehensive career coaching services, all aimed at enhancing their employability in the rapidly growing cybersecurity field.
