We’re excited to introduce the Give Local Circle, our new monthly giving program designed to strengthen Central Florida families year‑round. By joining, you provide sustainable support that helps local families build and maintain safe, affordable homes.

And thanks to a generous $100,000 match from the Galloway Foundation, your monthly gift goes twice as far.

Supporter Spotlight: Builders FirstSource

This month, we’re grateful to Builders FirstSource for their incredible support—both through a $130,000 contribution to our affordable homeownership efforts and by volunteering on-site to help build one of our Warren Sapp Drive homes.

Their generosity and hands-on partnership are helping local families take meaningful steps toward a safe, stable place to call home.

Women Build 2026: Fundraising Update

Women Build 2026 is in full swing and our teams are working harder than ever raise money in support for this year's homebuyer families. Here's the latest:

  • 26 Fundraising Teams
  • $195,021 raised so far
  • 700 individual donations made
  • Average donation $278

Builds start soon in March, but there is still plenty of time to support your favorite team and help us reach our $300,000 goal.

Legacy Point: Take a Virtual Fly-Through Tour

We’re excited to share a first look at Wharton-Smith Legacy Point, our upcoming 19-home community, soon to break ground. You can now enjoy a virtual fly‑through tour and experience what this future neighborhood will look like!

Homeowner applications are also officially open. While Legacy Point is an exciting part of our growth, it is just one of several locations we are developing across Central Florida. Submitting an application does not guarantee a home specifically in Legacy Point; approved applicants may be matched with any of our available lots as they become ready.
