"No On 33" banners Are All Over Town!


Thanks to your generous donations and hard work of our volunteers, we have banners on Colorado Boulevard, I-110, and many other locations. We've also been delivering signs to all kinds of locations, including our friends who share a building with the Rent Stabilization Department!


Time is short to fight against Prop. 33, which would destroy the rental industry in California. If you have a high-traffic location for one of our remaining 5' x 5' banners, get in touch urgently.


If you would like a NO on 33 yard sign, reply to this message with the property address and how many signs you would like and just like that, you will have your sign!



Balcony Inspection Deadline Extended to 2026


Back in August, we let you know about SB-721, which required inspections of some wood or wood-based exterior structures, such as balconies, decks, and staircases which are 6 feet or more above the ground.


With California's housing providers struggling to comply with yet another piece of bureaucracy, AB-2579 was passed last month. This allows you one more year for your initial inspection, with a deadline of January 1st, 2026.
