2025 EVENT SEASON

Welcome to the 2025 Event Season – Powerful Steps Forward

Friends, Families, Supporters and Community,

Wishing you well and hoping your Spring is shaping up nicely!

We began 2025 by settling in at our new offices and with our new name, Florida Bleeding Disorders Association (FBDA). The organization's new name reflects the full scope of the community we serve and aligns with our commitment to serve individuals and families affected by all bleeding disorders in Florida.

The shift also represents our steps forward over the past few years together — steps that strengthened our community as one voice, broadened our reach to help others, and reinforced our purpose and commitment as we walk forward every day in the bleeding disorders community.

We remain focused on our mission and the enrichment that FBDA programs provide by building connections, expanding our knowledge, and empowering every member of the growing FL bleeding disorders community.

It has been great to see everyone at several community education dinners that help expand our knowledge in treatments, advancements and so much more in the world surrounding bleeding disorders therapies. Community education dinners are offered throughout the year, watch for them in emails and social media and join to expand your knowledge base!

April officially kicked off the FBDA big event season, connecting the community at the annual Guys Day Out event, World Hemophilia Day Dinner, and the amazing Women's Retreat! (see photos below)

Great times ahead - join FBDA at events to take bold, meaningful steps together this year. See you soon!
