Architectural Review Committees

Each Community has numerous rules and regulations re: building and property maintenance depending on the type of home ownership, i.e, condo, villa, estate home, and the Declaration documents for that Community.

ARC requests for Vintage Trace, Fairway Bend, Grand Palm, Lost Creek and Silver Oaks must be submitted to heidi@pegasuscam.com.

ARC requests for Southwind should be forwarded to info@camswfl.com.

Pegasus reviews the ARC to ensure it is completed properly and all information meets appropriate rules, regulations and government code requirements. Once that is done, Pegasus forwards the ARC to the appropriate community representative for Board discussion and approval.

Every effort is made to insure that this process is done in a timely manner.
