Based on your feedback, we are taking the following steps to enhance your experience with us:


  • Over the past six months, we have increased our communications around investments. We are proactively offering market commentary, especially around periods of heightened uncertainty. We are sharing webinar invitations from Kara Murphy, Chief Investment Officer of Kestra Investment Management and our long-time partner. And, we are about to roll out a recurring investment section in our quarterly newsletters. 


  • We heard your feedback about more proactive outreach and timely responses. We appreciate the comments because they give us an opportunity to do better. We have increased our efforts to proactively email all clients in periods of increased market volatility so that you can better understand what these events mean for your financial plan.. And we have discussed expectations with our advisors on more timely responses. Not every question or inquiry can be resolved immediately, but you deserve an acknowledgment that your email has been received, that the issue is being addressed, and that our team will follow up as quickly as possible.
