National Apprenticeship Week emphasizes the transformative power of apprenticeships in the talent pipeline offering an unparalleled blend of hands-on experience and structured learning.

2,000+ middle schoolers will be introduced to 13 career paths at the annual Gainesville & Hall County Career Path Fair held on 6 days at 3 college and university locations. 70 business partners are needed to participate, and sponsorships are also available. #CTAE

Johnson High School Students are gaining hands-on experience in ALBAform's robotic welding department. They're discovering rewarding manufacturing careers and earning credits for both their work and WBL class requirements.

Supervisors representing 7 different manufacturing companies in the region refining their skills and exploring ways to incorporate brainstorming tools with their teams. Continuous Improvement is a language unto itself in manufacturing. #SAIL #LEAD

Workforce Strategies Group sponsored the Hall County work based learning advisory Committee. Together, we're creating opportunities that will make a positive impact on students and businesses in Hall County.

White County High School received a $500 PAGE grant with pride. This grant has been instrumental in supplying essential PPE coveralls for Mr. Adams' welding classes.
