Trunk or Treat will be on Friday, October 18th from 6 PM to 8 PM. Plus, we’ll have a Touch-a-Truck at the same time, with first responders and their trucks onsite for families to visit! Please keep in mind that this event will be closed to the community and will be for Florence Christian Church ministries only.

Join us for Boone County Pride on October 5!

The first ever Boone County Pride is happening on Saturday, October 5, from 11 AM - 2 PM at Union Presbyterian Church. You’re invited to help usher in this new celebration for Boone County!

We’ll have a booth, and we need folks to staff it, set it up, and tear it down. If you have any questions about the event, please send an email to Sam at scombs@florencechristian.org.

Night for Nicaragua is Friday, October 25 at the Newport Syndicate

You’re invited to this year’s Night for Nicaragua event on October 25 at the Newport Syndicate. Like last year, you can expect a great meal, a great show courtesy of magician Ron Diamond, and presentations from Rayo de Sol leaders.

Plan early to get your ticket! General admission is $75, and includes entry to the event, a dinner, and show! Tickets must be ordered by Friday, October 11!

Flu and COVID-19 Shots Available on Sunday, October 13

Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations will be available on Sunday, October 13 from 9:30 AM - 11 AM in the Well. Paperwork will be provided before each shot.
