Olivet Baptist Church from Paducah, KY joined up with Youth Ministry 360 and GENERATE Camp again this summer. Last summer they partnered with One Bistro for their week of service and developed such a strong connection with our mission! After returning home, they hosted their own Community Meal fundraiser and raised enough money to sponsor a Community Meal at One Bistro. Everyone was thrilled when they were paired with One Bistro again this summer. We are so thankful for this youth group and their leaders. They are wonderful volunteers who jump in and tackle all kinds of projects and serve with their whole hearts!

Justin Stephens of NextGen Advertising and his wife, Tara, who owns the Xenia and Fairborn BMV's have donated advertising space for One Bistro at these locations for the past 3 months! Justin says, "By providing advertising space to One Bistro, we hope to raise awareness and encourage others to support this organization. We're proud to support an organization that supports our community and we believe that together, we can make a difference in the lives of those around us. A community that truly stands together, thrives together."

Strong Tower Christian Media produces several radio stations in our area and they are always quick to support One Bistro's mission by getting the word out to the community and sponsoring our events. Joy Ware Miller says, “Hope 100.7 and 93.7 The Light love the heartbeat of One Bistro…feeding the hungry, spirit, soul and body. We are privileged to partner and support One Bistro and share the same mission of offering hope to those in need.”

Joe Mullins, President and General Manager of Real Roots Radio, WBZI is a huge fan of One Bistro. "I have always enjoyed the way One Bistro serves our community," Joe said. "Our Neighbors Eat - One Bistro is the best downtown Xenia lunch spot, and Saturday breakfast is legendary! The mission makes the food taste even better- knowing your choice to dine at our favorite community cafe helps our neighbors in need. The reputation for quality and compassion is a winning combination at One Bistro. Our radio network gladly helps tell the story on air each week. Keep up the good work!"

If you have driven down Main Street in Xenia, you may have noticed Jamie's Tire & Service's electronic sign promoting One Bistro's Wednesday evening Community Meal. Jamie donates this space on his sign because he loves to support local businesses and organizations in Xenia and enjoys "pointing people in the direction of One Bistro."

Our dear friend, Dick Walker, who passed away earlier this year, published a small, monthly newspaper called Cedarville Intersection 42 & 72. He donated space to One Bistro each month so that we could share about our Wednesday evening Community Meal and other events that were planned throughout the year.

We are so grateful for each of our Community Meal volunteer groups! Thank you for serving!

City of Xenia Parks & Recreation and Athletes In Action are hosting free summer day camps at four different Xenia parks for kids in various neighborhoods. One Bistro stepped up to provide delicious and healthy box lunches for the campers as part of our Ministry Meal program. We love the opportunity to partner with other ministries in our neighborhood and to expand our mission to provide a place where our neighbors eat and come together as one community beyond the walls of the cafe! Reynolds and Reynolds does some of the coolest things for their associates! On June 6th they had their annual Fit Foodie Feast where 12 teams competed in a Foodie Cook-Off Competition. They combined this with their annual 5k run/walk. One Bistro's Board President, Denise Davis and Board Treasurer, Diane Dixon were asked to be two of the ten judges in the Foodie Cook-Off Competition...AND... Reynolds & Reynolds will donate proceeds from their 5k run/walk to One Bistro! A big shout out to Alice Elliott (pictured) and her team who put on an awesome event!

Sofie Markle and her family celebrated her 20th birthday with us at the bistro! She went skydiving and then wanted to come to One Bistro for brunch. Happy Birthday, Sofie!
