New Community Table

Ryan Schlater of Trojan Woodworks crafted our new community table and it is absolutely stunning! Come, gather around the table and join us for a meal!

We have made a few changes to our menu and we think you will like them! We would love to hear any feedback or suggestions you have!!

Community Partnerships

One Bistro received an ARPA grant which allowed us to renovate the front of our house. Part of those renovations included the purchase of new booths for the café. This allowed us to donate our old (but still very nice) booths to the homeless shelter, Bridges of Hope. We hope the people who sit in these booths at BOH will be as blessed as our customers were!!

The Benefiel's Story

From Yui Benefiel:

"When I first learned the concept and mission statement of One Bistro, I was so inspired and immediately wanted to be a part of this community. With little children, I have not been able to volunteer like I would like, but instead, we try to show up on Wednesday nights to meet our community members. To me, community starts with consistently being present. It has been a blessing to run into the same group of people we shared a meal with at the grocery store, parks, and the library."

Kiarra's Story

Kiarra works as a shelter manager at Bridge of Hope and has been coming to the bistro for Community Meal for about two years. "It's like Christmas," she says, looking online each week with her nieces Ya'Kiara & La'Miaya, "waiting to see what meal will be served. They have never served one meal that I didn't like. Community Meal is always a fun time; a good time for fellowship, meeting neighbors and eating good food."
