This month we rolled out our new spring/summer menu! Our signature Strawberry Quinoa Salad is back and we also have a new Spring Berry Salad! We've added a new sandwich along with a few flatbreads and refreshed many of our items. And for our Saturday diners, our menu now features a nutritious Avocado Toast and delicious Bistro Parfait. We will continue to have new and delicious "Specials" for you each week including Saturdays. We can't wait to serve you!

One Bistro's Board President, Denise Davis, had the opportunity to share One Bistro's mission with Mrs. Cline and Mrs. Moore's 7th Grade Eagles Outreach class at Bellbrook Middle School. This class teaches the students about nonprofits and volunteer opportunities in their community.

One Bistro's Manager, Margie Cook, and volunteer Fae Ochs attended Reynolds and Reynolds Nonprofit Fair and shared One Bistro's mission with R&R employees. Thank you, Reynolds & Reynolds for your support!

One Bistro Board Members, Frankie Aguilar and Treasurer, Diane Dixon, spoke with students at Xenia High School about careers in the food and nonprofit industries.

One Bistro's Board Secretary, Suzanne Booher represented the bistro at Grace Hope Church's Easter Egg Hunt. She shared about One Bistro's mission and about our Wednesday night Community Meals with many neighbors! It was a "hopping good time!"

Each month we offer a training session for those interested in learning more about volunteering in a more personalized setting.

The Church of the Messiah in Xenia hosted its annual Purim Festival and Children's Ministry Carnival last week. They raised over $500! The kids voted with the tickets they earned from playing the games and chose to give the money to One Bistro to help feed their neighbors. Thank you, children!
