Task #1
To make sure we are doing our due diligence to ensure we have a fair raffle contest, please review the attached list (you can also get to the list by using the link here: Raffle Review List - 1 15 2024.pdf
Please TEXT Link Yolanda (225-921-5659) and Link Gay (225-933-6157) with any changes to your raffle list.
Task #2
The system did not capture the type of purchase or donation our supporters were making if they went directly to your page. Therefore we have the money, but we do not know if your supporter want to:
- Give a donation
- Purchase a Ticket to the Soiree
- Purchase a Raffle Ticket(s)
Please review the Donation Identification List attached and TEXT Link Yolanda and Link Gay to let us know the intentions of your supporters. Remember, immediate family members as defined by the attached chart, CANNOT win the raffle.
