We had so much fun during Power Yoga last year that we had to bring it back! And this time we're letting you know a few months in advance so you have plenty of time to prepare.
On Saturday, May 8 at 10:30am instructor, Megan Sanko will lead us in a 1-hour Vinyasa yoga session. The session is open to all, and the perfect level of exercise for both the experienced and the new yogis. Kids included!
