"Great article and perspective (as always) on quiet quitting, I’ve shared this with a group of colleagues / friends.

At my company its ‘we value high performers’ / rockstars. My response is: what about the 80% (or more) of the rest of the company that shows up every day and gets the work done? Maybe they don’t want a promotion, maybe they aren’t trying to climb the ladder, maybe they love what they do already… but those are the colleagues that get the minimum salary increase for being a ‘meets expectations’ performer.

My most recent experience (this year) was where the company eliminated a job role and terminated the colleague, but the work didn’t go away and the rest of the team (mostly me) are expected to pick up that work and continue doing the full time jobs we already have. 

It really doesn’t matter what you call it, boundaries, quiet quitting, but what does matter is keeping some measure of balance by not being available 24x7, not working on the weekends or late nights (unless you want to do so)."

     2022 Latino GDP Report       

    Every year The Latino Donor Collaborative and Wells Fargo commission this report from California Lutheran University.

The report says that the Latin Cohort is the 5th largest GDP in the world which makes it VERY important to all of your companies.
