As we prepare for teachers and staff to return stronger to school buildings Monday, February 22, we want to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of the preparations in place for safe re-entry and what's expected for the week ahead. Additionally, as Superintendent Ray announced last week, eligible certified and classified school employees will receive a Return Stronger Bonus to recognize their incredible commitment to educating our students.
The Human Resources team is coordinating live "Re-Entry 101" info sessions for all teachers and school-based staff TODAY, FEBRUARY 18. Middle/high school employees should join at 3:30 p.m., and elementary school employees should join at 4:30 p.m. Use this link to join each session.

The sessions will cover Return Stronger Bonus eligibility and general employee FAQ info from HR, COVID-19 protocols from Risk Management, building cleaning procedures from Business Operations and risk mitigation strategies from Academic Operations & School Support.
A one-time Return Stronger Bonus will be paid to all eligible certified and classified school-based staff. Certified employees will receive $1,000, and classified employees will receive $500.
