The “Real” Real Estate Minute: The Inflection Point

For the past six years in real estate, with the support of my amazing wife, I've pretty much been a one-person operation.

I've built the systems, processes, experience, values and routines that allow me to manage the business on my own while providing what I believe is a great level of service to my clients. And honestly, I've gotten pretty comfortable doing it that way.

But eventually, you reach an inflection point.

You have to decide whether you're content to stay the course or whether you want to take things to the next level.

I believe I have a lot more to give.

And I'm also very aware that I'm not going to be able to do it all on my own.

That doesn't mean I'm looking to build a huge team of agents. In fact, I have very little interest in doing that. What I am looking for is someone who can come alongside me and help bring some of the bigger ideas, goals, and vision I have for the business to life.

So, I'm beginning the search for a rockstar real estate assistant. Someone organized, proactive, capable, and excited about being part of something they can help build.

In a very big ocean, I am still a small fish, so this needs to be the right fit for both of us. I'm looking for someone who shares my values, cares about doing things the right way, is longterm minded and wants to play an important role in what comes next.

And this is where I need you...

If someone immediately comes to mind, someone you think would be an incredible fit, I would absolutely welcome the introduction. I'd love the opportunity to connect, learn more about them, and see if there might be a mutual fit.

Sometimes the next chapter starts with simply putting it out there.
