Tröma Nagmo Chöd Weekend

Friday, august 7 to Sunday, August 9

August 7th, 8th, & 9th, 2026

Tröma Nagmo Chöd Weekend of

Teachings & Practice with

Sangye Khandro

at Orgyen Dorje Den

Due to requests from many students, Sangye Khandro will lead a weekend teaching and practice program on Tröma Nagmo Chöd, a profound Vajrayana path that cuts through ego-clinging and reveals the wisdom nature of the mind.

The weekend will provide an overview of the Dudjom Tersar Tröma Nagmo path and include a ganachakra feast offering in observance of Dakini Day.

The primary focus of the teachings will be the Guru Yoga practice Transferring the Three Doors to the Vajra Citadel, presented according to the commentary composed by Mindroling Khenchen Tsewang Rigdzin. Found at the beginning of the Intermediate Sadhana, this profound Guru Yoga practice invokes Heruka Dudjom Lingpa in particular.

Renowned for its pithy and powerful refrains, this practice offers a direct means of connecting with the enlightened wisdom mind of the master. Through its blessings, practitioners have the opportunity to profoundly mingle their minds with the master's transcendent state.

Chinese translation will be provided by longtime practitioner Benson Young.

中文翻譯將由資深修行者班森師兄提供。

We ask participants to approach the teachings with respect, commitment, and an openness to genuine practice. Thank you for honoring the integrity of this lineage tradition.

Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible.

For those registered to attend in person, a simple vegetarian meal is included and will be served at lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Events at Orgyen Dorje Den are supported through the generosity and participation of the sangha. All in-person attendees will be assigned a simple rota duty after registering. These acts of service help make the weekend possible and are a wonderful way to contribute to the retreat environment and support fellow practitioners.
