Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Well the time has come!

We plan to begin offering OUTDOOR worship on the 2ND and 4TH Sundays of the month (through September).

July 12 and 26
August 9 and 23
September 13 and 27

These services will be held outside (weather permitting ONLY) near the picnic shelter.

Via our Bethel Digital Ministry, we will also live stream each outdoor service for those unable or not ready to join us in person:

Requirements for OUTDOOR Worship

1) All attendees keeping to social distancing, sitting with family in your own lawn chairs or on your own blanket

2) All attendees will be required to wear masks at all times

3) No touching, no sharing of the peace, no greeting, etc.

4) Holy Communion will be offered and we will have tables where you will sanitize your hands, pick up the "prepackaged" bread and juice, and take to your family only.

If you are watching at home, please provide your own elements (bread/wine/juice) and join us virtually for Holy Communion.

5) We will have an AM transmitter that will allow you to sit in your car if that is more comfortable for you

6) You may make an offering by placing a check/cash in the provided basket as you arrive or leave, but will not be "passing the plate".

Please note that if there is inclement weather, we will NOT hold outdoor worship and instead offer a virtual service. A decision will be made on Sunday morning by 7:30am and communicated ONLY IF THERE IS A CHANGE.

We do not plan to have indoor worship for the foreseeable future as outdoor worship is the safest way for us to gather at this time. This will be a fluid situation but please know that as we consider moving indoors for worship, we want to make sure that we can effectively offer you the safest possible experience. YOUR HEALTH is our priority.

Again, I cannot begin to thank the Staff, Council, and all of you for your amazing faithfulness. We ALL want to get back together as soon as possible. We ALL want to get back to some semblance of normal. Yet we know that loving each other best may mean that we continue to stay apart for the time being. Still, know that we are continually working to provide ways for you to feel connected to your Bethel family.

Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions and please know that God has got this!
In Christ,

Pastor Dave
