Book Group - Speaking Yiddish to Chickens by Seth Stern

A Lewes Public Library Book Event co-sponsored by Seaside. Seth Stern will speak about his book. Did you know that after WWII over 1000 Jewish Holocaust survivors settled in southern NJ as chicken farmers? This is the first book to chronicle their US lives based on Seth's grandparents who were among these refugees and interviews with other farmers and their children.
