Tu Bishvat Seder with Potluck Vegetarian Dinner
Join us with Rabbi Julie Danan for a Tu Bishvat Seder to celebrate the New Year of Trees and the Jewish connection to nature. We will sing, learn, discuss and enjoy a variety of fruits and nuts. Registration is required. Please bring a veggie or dairy dish to our potluck dinner. White and red grape juice will be provided for the Seder. If you prefer wine, it is "Bring Your Own." Food Drive to Support the Milton Community
Food Pantry through February 10
The Social Justice and Community Service Committees are teaming up with the Unitarian Universalist Church to replenish the shelves of the food pantry that serves over 10,000 people each year. Items most needed (small and medium sizes): canned vegetables and fruit, applesauce in cups, canned pasta, dried pasta, Hamburger and Tuna Helper, Sloppy Joe mix, spaghetti sauce, boxed mac and cheese, baked beans, canned soup, Ramen noodles, bagged rice, cereal, PB&J, tuna, chicken pouches, and side dishes (mashed potatoes, stuffing, Rice-a-Roni). Please bring food to our Shabbat Services; Tu B'Shvat Seder; Religious School; Mahjong and meetings. Do not drop things off at the door. We will be collecting through February 10th.
