Journey to Sinai: A Weekend of Jewish and Interfaith Songs, Stories, and Teachings with

Rabbi David and Devorah Zaslow

Rabbi David and Devorah Zaslow are known around the country for their inspiring Jewish Renewal services, classes, workshops, and Shabbatons. Rabbi Zaslow is spiritual leader of Havurah Shir Hadash, a Jewish Renewal congregation in Ashland, Oregon, as well as a scholar, author, poet, and musician. Devorah Zaslow is a storyteller, author, and memoirist.

Kabbalat Shabbat Evening Service (in person at Seaside & via Zoom)

"Journey to Sinai" We are in the midst of the annual journey from Passover to Shavuot, Egypt to Sinai.

 Rabbi David and Devorah Zaslow will join Rabbi Julie Danan to lead a lively Shabbat service with music, singing, and storytelling in the spirit of Jewish Renewal. Service will be followed by a special Oneg.

"Staying Connected to God, Self, and Community"  

Parashat Tazria/Metzorah 

Rabbi David Zaslow joins Rabbi Julie Danan for a Shabbat morning service, full of music, songs, and teachings. Service will be followed by a Kiddush lunch. (Members can register now, non-members can register after April 26, if space available)

Rabbi David Zaslow will speak about his book, Jesus: First Century Rabbi. This bold, fresh look at the historical Jesus and the Jewish roots of Christianity challenges both Jews and Christians to re-examine their understanding of Jesus' commitment to his Jewish faith.
