Prince George's Climate Stewards Academy

Are you passionate about implementing local climate action and building a resilient future for Prince George’s County?


Apply for the Prince George’s County Climate Stewards Academy fall 2026 cohort. This climate education and stewardship training program supports local climate adaptation and resilience while building the capacity of communities. The goal is to identify, train, and empower climate stewards to serve as community climate champions and lead local climate adaptation and resilience efforts. Climate Stewards will learn climate adaptation strategies, establish community connections and gain the skills to assess community vulnerabilities and implement climate adaptation and resilience projects. Perfect for Green Team members!


All applications are due July 20.

Trolley Trail Day

Exelon Sustainable Communities Grants

Exelon's Sustainable Communities Grant Programs fund a wide range of projects at the local level. These are excellent opportunities to support local Green Team projects.



Resilience Hub Academy

The next installment of the Resilience Hub Academy (RHA) begins next month. The Academy is a comprehensive online “Masters Program” designed for those interested in learning more about Resilience Hubs and developing the skills to plan, design, and implement a Resilience Hub or network of Resilience Hubs in their community. The academy covers all essential aspects of Resilience Hubs while connecting participants with content experts in a fun, interactive environment.


The next Academy begins June 3, 2026 and ends August 12, 2026. More information, including how to enroll, can be found at https://www.resiliencehubcollaborative.org/academy
