This blissful workshop uses yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques to help you relax and restore.  Vicky's gentle and nurturing approach will help you completely surrender; s oothing your nervous system and releasing layers of stored tension in your body and mind. 

Learn how to navigate through times of anxiety and find emotional balance using a variety of methods.  The asanas will focus on the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back . Not only will you experience profound release and relaxation, you'll also  leave with tools to  cope with the stresses around you.
