SVFS is home to a Qualified Residential Treatment Program for children ages 5-12 in need of full time behavioral health support. We prioritize family involvement, inviting families to visit and participate in therapy sessions with their children. Family engagement often improves the stabilization of a child’s behaviors and supports our long-term goal of creating safer and brighter futures for children and their loved ones.

SVFS' *NEW* Residential Treatment Space

SVFS' Residential Treatment program provides:

• Evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment (Collaborative Problem Solving, Ukeru, etc.)
• Daily academic instruction
• Day treatment services
• Individual and family counseling
• Family-centered approach, prioritizing family engagement
• Pediatric psychiatry, medication management and on-site primary care through Ohio State University Total Health & Wellness
• Short-term respite care
