Over 40 vendors will set up on Duke of Gloucester Street and in the P4 lot. This week's seasonal produce includes peaches, tomatoes, blueberries, squash, strawberries, microgreens, mushrooms, onions, bok choy, spinach, kale, turnips, carrots, salad mix, green onions, potted herbs, lettuces and more. You can also find eggs, peanuts, meats, baked goods, pasta, pickles, honey, cut flowers and so much more.

The market layout has changed slightly, as the bathrooms are being renovated. There are port-a-potties for customer use, or you can use the bathrooms by Mellow Mushroom.

Brindle Bay Farms
The chicken's internal temperature should be determined when cooking by using a thermometer in the center of cut. The recommended temperature is 150-155. Our chickens are processed on our farm and not in a facility with other meats to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Ditchley Cider Works and Farm
Duck egg demand is very high this month, so email or come early to ensure you get your dozen. New batch of Breakfast Sage sausage this week and Apple Cider Donuts as usual. We will have fresh duck on the 18th just in time for Fathers Day, so order this week to get your duck reserved. And of course, hard cider to complement that special meal See you at the market.
