Brig o' Doon House Hotel situated in the heart of Burns country, has undergone some refurbishments, with the creation of a Private Dining Mezzanine area and a superb new Wine Tasting Cellar. Our grand Ballroom has had new floor to ceiling windows to capture that magnificent view of the Auld Brig and River Doon. Andrew Costley is now the new Executive Head Chef and we're pleased to inform you about changes to the menu at Brig o' Doon, so come in soon and enjoy great new offerings. Another exciting project completed - The installation of a stunning, architectural glass terrace structure on the raised patio area at
Highgrove House Hotel is the perfect, bespoke addition to the original building.
It adds space, light, and 'wow' factor and creates a fluid integration between the restaurant, private dining area and bar. With the addition of the modern glass room, we have created a greater seating area and maximised the spectacular, panoramic coastal views, flooding the restaurant with light. The glorious sunsets viewed from Highgrove are inspirational and compliment the variety of freshly prepared, high quality dishes, full of flavour and flair, for which we are renowned !
Not to be left out - Ellisland House Hotel in Ayr's leafy town centre has also had a sprinkling of remodelling, with a stunning new glass feature window, which opens out onto the patio for alfresco dining.
Souter's Inn , Cochrane Inn and our Patisserie in Prestwick are also flourishing!
