September Soothes
The Soul
Greetings Dwell Friends & Family,

Summer is coming to an end and fall is just around the corner, moving from expansive energy to the energy of letting go. Think leaves drying and falling off trees. A beautiful way to ease into this more grounding season is with soul soothing music. This month all of our workshops feature just that!

We've decided to leave our life size year book up for one more month! It's been really fun to see your school photos and your messages of Coming Back to You! Join the fun by adding a photo of your own and your commitment to YOU.

Don't forget to join our NEW  DwellYoga Happenings Facebook Group to be the first to learn about new classes, pop ups, workshops, special offers and giveaways! This virtual community is also a place to interact with Dwell teachers and students.

We finally have a way to sign up for this monthly newsletter so be sure to forward this email to your friends so they can stay up to date on Dwell Happenings. SIGN UP FORM:

Settle Into Stillness

Unites the healing power of deep relaxation with sacred sound. Settle Into Stillness was founded by Jeremy Arndt and Nancy Grzeszak, who met in 2011 and began traveling around the world together, sharing their passions of yoga and music through their Sound Journey events. Settle Into Stillness combines different world music instrumentation such as the handpan and didgeridoo with elements of gong baths and crystal singing bowls, creating an offering that remains entirely unique amongst today’s mindfulness-based musical offerings. See video promo below!
Sound Journey (Sound Bath):
Saturday, September 7 @ 1:30-3:00 PM

Nurture yourself and experience deep relaxation as Jeremy and Nancy create a unique and immersive soundscape. The soothing resonance of the handpan, didgeridoo, multiple gongs, crystal singing bowls and more will induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation; cultivating a deep sense of calm and inner peace. Your physical body will rest in a comfortable and supported savasana as you are bathed by a sea of sound. Each experience is created and offered with love and intention for healing and relaxation.
Restorative Yoga Sound Journey
Sunday, September 8 @ 8:30-10:30 AM

Join Jeremy and Nancy for a supported, breath centered Restorative Yoga practice paired with soothing and healing sounds. The fusion of sound, stillness, and breath will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. The vibrational experience includes the sacred sounds of the handpan, didgeridoo, multiple gongs, chimes, crystal singing bowls and more. Discover the bliss of surrender as Nancy guides your journey through nurturing restorative shapes supported by blankets, bolsters and blocks. The evening will culminate with a long and inviting savasana as you allow yourself to be carried away by a deep, multi-instrumental experience with enchanting, ethereal sounds.

All are welcome, no prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary.

Flow with Gina Lawrence
Mondays & Wednesdays

Unwind after the workday with this all-levels flow class. With a focus on connecting the breath to movement, this energetic class will allow you to flow into the postures with plenty of time to breathe and feel the movement. Classes will work through different bodily focuses and peak poses.

Beginners welcome!

Gina Lawrence began practicing yoga as a way to connect to her body and mind while in college. She continued practicing throughout grad school and completed her yoga teacher training in El Paso in 2013. She’s now a professor, sourdough baker, tarot card reader, and mother. Gina loves the Dwell community and wants her students to feel as connected to the practice as she does.
