I am honored to introduce you to Sergeant Zac Mitchell with the Duncan, OK, PD. Since the start of the C2C Reset course Zac has lost 33 pounds, pushing him over the 100 pound mark in his personal goals. While going through the C2C Reset course Zac was promoted to Sergeant. Way to go Zac! Zac is another testament that if you work the C2C program, it works! Great job Zac for a job well done and for trusting me and this course with your health and your faith. Congratulations on your personal growth physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

"Courage to Change- Success- After accepting the challenge to change, I noticed throughout the challenge my drive to better myself was stronger. Everyday was routine of prayer, strength training, cardio and eating clean. I had been on a weight loss journey for a couple of years prior to the challenge. This challenge pushed my spiritual growth more than anything. My faith has always been present but has not always been the priority in my day-to-day life.

This challenge helped prioritize my relationship with Christ. Simple things, such as starting the day off with prayer prepared my mind for what the day had for me. Starting my mornings at 0430 with prayer and gym time was not always easy, but I was able to push through the negative thoughts and procrastination to complete my morning routine. The stress of the job became lighter the longer I kept up with the challenge.

Daily mental struggles are still happening but having a stronger faith makes every day just a little easier to manage. As far as my physical strength is concerned, I have lost a decent amount of weight in pounds but have transformed my physique where it is physically noticeable to myself and others. This is a huge mental boost that brings me a positive mindset.
