As part of the year-long NVAR Centennial Celebration, everyone is encouraged to join the virtual happy hour in their best Roaring Twenties attire or props!

We'll have a virtual drink card and ingredient list so you can follow along!
6 Weeks Left! Your Docs+ Transition
On January 1, 2021, NVAR will complete the transition from Instanet to Docs+ as our primary forms vendor. This transition should not impact NVAR's arrangements with Dotloop, DocuSign and Zipforms.

For a transition period until December 31, 2020, both Instanet and Docs+ are available to members.

It is very important that between now and December 31, current Instanet subscribers export and download copies of your Instanet transaction files that you wish to keep. 

Docs+ Office Hours: Saving Instanet Transactions

NVAR will be offering training on Docs+ through the remainder of the year. Visit our calendar to register for sessions and visit our tutorial page to reference other training videos.

2020 NAR-DOJ Agreement Regarding MLS Rules

On November 19, 2020, the National Association of Realtors® announced a settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding a civil lawsuit, which was filed against NAR the same day, alleging certain anticompetitive business practices.
